My whole life I've always wanted to be good at whatever I do. When I started college, my crazy "pie-in-the-sky" dream was to become an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.
But, I had no idea how to actually go from point A to point B. I felt overwhelmed, lost, and didn't know where to start. I cobbled together some advice here and there from PDFs, videos, and upperclassmen but I wasn't even sure if I put in all this hard work, if I would even get results.
Through a lot of pain, trial and error, and seeking out world-class mentors - I developed what I now call my Goldman Sachs Recruiting System. Fast forward a few years later....I was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the TMT group in San Francisco and I was making 6 figures right out of school (these days it's ~$160,000 to $210,000 in the US). Within 6 months, I had a megafund PE offer from Carlyle offering more than $300,000. If your curious, this is the typical compensation range as you progress in your career as an Investment Banker.

Thanks to the world-class skills I learned in investment banking I had the freedom to choose my own adventure. I decided to pursue my passion for investing in startups as a venture capitalist at a Tier 1 VC fund in the Silicon Valley (investors in SoFi, musical.ly which became TikTok, KakaoTalk, Kauishou, etc.) and eventually became a Vice President and was offered a Partner role.
I've been fortunate enough to be able to shift my focus from finances to fulfillment, and as a career coach I've been able to help students build their dream careers and get offers from firms like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and BofA.
I believe we're all put here on this earth to find our gift and give it to the world. I believe my gift is to help you find yours.

- 3rd Year Engineering Student at Semi-Target UK School
Over the last 10+ years working in finance and tech, I've learned a lot about what it takes to craft the perfect resume, ace interviews with your authentic story, and get offers from some of the best investment banks in the world.
I've developed this formula based on my experience getting offers from 9 banks (GS, JPM, BofA, Citi, Lazard, UBS, DB, ML, Barclays), coaching dozens of students to get offers at Goldman Sachs, and screening candidates for interviews when I was part of Goldman Sachs' Berkeley Recruiting Team.
It comes down to these 2 key steps:
1) Get interviews
2) Pass Interviews
If you execute these 2 steps, you will 100% get an investment banking offer.
Of course, getting interviews and passing interviews is about 5 semesters of college courses and 99% of applicants fail to do it right and don't get into the Goldman Sachs' of the world.
~360,000 people applied last year to Goldman Sachs for a summer internship.
Only 0.7% were accepted.
That means 99% of applicants get rejected.
Getting into a top bank like Goldman is substantially harder than getting into Harvard (3% acceptance), becoming a Navy Seal (10%), or Oxford (15%).

Why?
It's extremely competitive. Don't show up as a high-school wrestler, trying to win a Gold medal at the Olympics.
Everybody wants to make $160,000 to $210,000 out of school and set themselves up on the finance career path to make $1M+ a year. The lifetime value of investment banking careers is easily more than $10M.
Across the world, everybody from Target schools, Semi-Target schools, and Non-Target schools are applying for these finite positions.
When I interned at Goldman, there were 12 interns in the Goldman Sachs San Francisco office from around the world. Full-time, there were 6 analysts in the TMT group in SF.
To take one of those 6 spots out of every applicant in the world, I had to beat out 300+ peers at Haas, and then hundreds candidates from Harvard, Wharton, MIT, etc.
Right now, you may feel like you...
Don't know where to start and feeling overwhelmed, lost, and confused
Don't know how to network and most importantly, get interviews
Don't know craft an exceptional banker-ready resume and cover letter
Don't know how to answer behavioral questions authentically
Don't know how to answer technical questions without saying the same canned answers as everyone with the same 400 question PDF
And... you might be trying to do this all while trying to get your GPA up, recruit for a part-time internship during the school year, recruit for your summer internship(!), while juggling your relationships, health, and not burn out.
This is hard. It takes a ton of work. But breaking into IB can be extremely worthwhile and set you up on the path to building lifelong skills, wealth, and freedom.
If there's one at all, the real "secret" is that you want to build a SYSTEM around your recruiting process, so you know exactly what steps you need to take. Instead of thinking of recruiting as piecing together random advice from disparate sources, you want to think about recruiting as a SYSTEM that has discrete steps that link together, that if you follow correctly, will systematically lead you to getting interviews, passing them, and getting a top investment banking offer.
I've built this system for my own recruiting process and dozens other non-target and target school students that have successfully placed into Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, BofA, etc.

1st year/2nd year college students and pre-college students
(US, CAN) who are serious about getting a 3rd year investment banking internship. By far the best thing you can do for your career is to start prepping now, as early as possible.
1st year/2nd year university students and pre-university students (EMEA, APAC) recruiting for 2nd year IBD Internships: my course will teach you everything I know based on my experience in the US.
Note: you will need to adapt my US timelines to your specific region's timeline and find other university-specific resources to prepare for regional cognitive tests and assessment center exams
1st year MBA students this course was originally designed for undergrad students but 95% of it applies to Summer Associate recruiting. You will need to talk to your MBA program to see the exact recruiting timeline for your specific school. If you are in this boat, we can discuss if you'd like to add on additional 1:1 coaching for any custom prep you'd like to work on as well
Off-Cycle candidates recruiting after the standard on-cycle process is over, lateral hires, etc.: my course is designed to max out your odds for recruiting success, but I want to be upfront that there are a lot of external variables for off-cycle recruiting (e.g. banks spots not opening up or off-cycle timing being unpredictable) so your mileage will also depend on how you respond to external variables
You're not willing to put in the time and effort to watch all lessons and do the exercises.
You're looking for a get-rich-quick hack that will get you an extremely selective and lucrative IBD job without any work.
You're looking for a guaranteed path to getting a top investment banking job. Any honest teacher will tell you there are no guarantees.
The 1 thing that you can 100% guarantee is focusing on what's in your control and executing. I will provide a proven system and teach you everything I've learned to be successful in obtaining top IB offers. I can show you the path, but only you can walk it.
As an IBD analyst - beyond the lucrative analyst salary (around ~$160,000 to $210,000 in the US or around £100,000 to £150,000 in the UK) - you'll learn skills at a world-class level that you can use for the rest of your life. You'll dramatically raise your career ceiling and have elite paths opened-up to you (e.g. venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, top MBA programs, etc.). If you play your cards right, you may end up with the skills, bank-roll, and network to do whatever you want after banking.
My main goal is to show you the exact path countless students I've coached have taken to get a top investment banking job and make it as easy as possible for you to get the best investment banking offers possible.
If that sounds like something you're into, then this course is for you.
Here's the course curriculum to learn my Goldman Sachs Recruiting System. I've designed it so that if you execute these 5 steps and can get interviews, and pass the interviews - you will get elite offers.
